Worst product doesn’t work well Get disconnected every hour My wifi is nearest to the camera the product is such a failure for phillips i need my refund back

The Application is one of the worst managed apps. It gets logged out on its own and then stops working to log back in. It only works for less than 15 days in a month. If you have critical security requirement, this is not a recommended product.

I have an iphone 15 pro. I am unable to login to the philips home security app. The browser opens and it is blank. When i try to open this in the browser app. I get an error that something has gone wrong error.

Why camera is not connecting to 5GHZ why only with 2.5 GHA its pathetic ...

No clear view on the night mode neither a led light toggle to operate and check for any suspicious activity.

The Phillips Home Safety App is good. But of late, the app keeps logging me out (even if there is no update) and doesn’t let me log in after multiple log-in attempts. Please look into this issue and rectify soon.

App crashes. Camera controls doesn’t work properly. Settings gets changed automatically. Videos doesn’t play properly. False alarms for tracking. And the most important part is the mobile is getting heating issues.

No words, just WoW. Effin devs are Godlike. Not seen such a clean UI/UX in an app after uber and co. The user flows are super logical, and takes just the first few mistakes to realise what you are doing wrong. Everything makes logical sense, the modes, the events, continuous recordings, home overview are all in their right place. Great work, if only all apps were this stable and well thought through. Also kudos to the customer support whatsapp team, sometimes it is better to hire one sensible man than an army of monkeys. Very impressed - 5stars P.s. plz send goodies.

Hi Team, I am connecting camera over 2.4G wifi router but it is not connected. I can see camera MAC address into router but mobile screen it is timeout so Please provide me list of ip & ports need to be open over internet from ISP side.
