App stuck on splash screen

When I launch the app it is stuck on the splash screen, rendering the app useless. None of the following troubleshooting steps resolved the issue: (1) force-quit then relaunched the app, issue persists; (2) updated the app, issue persists; (3) restarted the phone, issue persists; (4) uninstalled and reinstalled the app, issue persists.

Auto morning lights not working anymore

Idk if there was a recent update but my wake up lights have not been working for several days now. I wake up to my alarm clock and a dark room. I tried deleting my old routine and creating a new one but that only lasted one day before it stopped working again. What gives?

These lights are super awesome and super easy to use for me. I love the huge variety of color scenes! The color scenes are also well put together and thought out. Thank you hue! And ask you couldn’t ask for a simpler set up, just screw in and your go to go.
