Philo: Shows, Movies & Live TV

I cut cable years ago and gave Philo a chance. We enjoyed Philo for many years and as a legacy member the price was not supposed to increase. But unfortunately, i received an email from the CEO stating they were increasing the monthly price now for their Legacy members. It’s unfortunate, because I feel Legacy members are the ones who helped promote and grow Philo by telling others about their streaming service and now that they have received more subscribers the price is going up. I’m not sure if I will cancel, but I will definitely be checking out other streaming platforms now to see what works best for us.

I signed up for the free trail and in less than 2 seconds my card was charged ! It’s not about the money because I was gonna sign up anyway but why offer a free trail and then charge me ?

if you attempt to cancel your subscription they will continue to bill you!!!

I’ve had Philo since 2019 it’s awesome not only the price is great but it’s got so much good stuff on there would highly recommend it

I cannot believe how terrible my experience was. The movie watching as well as the entire process it took to sign up! This was probably one of the worst things that has ever happened to me. Even the fact that it does not accommodate for the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints members. You guys need to have a censor on this app ASAP. Or ABC your way out!

Wish they would fix whatever keeps shutting the app down, multiple times, in the middle of a show, every time I watch one. None of my other app do this so it is very frustrating. Other than that this app has plenty of shows and movies to watch.

This app was “awesome” and I felt great purchasing it. Untilll I signed up for a 7 day free trial on August 3. Canceled August 5 got charged 32$ August 6 and now on August 10 I try to fix it because I didn’t realize it and have been lied to multiple times, had no help, and still lost 32$. Thanks to Philo for having terrible customer service and false advertising. And thanks to Apple for not doing S#!+ to help me.

Way too much ads. It gives me ads every 5 minutes and each ad is 4 minutes long!!!

I pay for ad free viewing, yet I receive a mandatory 5 minute add each episode. THIS IS A STREAMING SERVICE we wouldn’t need an OLD SCHOOL DVR SYSTEM if you guys weren’t looking for a way to milk your costumers for cash. Stop EXPLOITING your customers.
