## Phoenix Classroom Description
Phoenix Classroom is an end-to-end Learning Management System (LMS) connecting students, teachers, and parents. Specifically designed by educators having decades of experience, it has all the resources needed to ensure continuity of best-in-class teaching and learning experience. Catering to multi-curricula such as British, IB, American, India and National it is used by a large number of parents and their students in UAE and across the region. Classroom mobile is an intuitive app with a host of features and functionalities required for all the stakeholders (teachers, students & parents) to enable learning and collaboration on-the-go.

Some of the salient features of the app are:

For Teachers
•            Deliver live (synchronous) lessons that are fully embedded with advanced features
•            Perform a host of administrative tasks such as mark attendance, track students’ behavior, monitor overall progress and collaborate with parents and students

For Students
•            Access customized lessons, including digital content and assessments. Submit assignments and quizzes online
•            Use Chatter  platform to participate in discussions with teachers and peers

For Parents
•           View grades, achievements, reports and track overall student progress under a unified umbrella
•            Keep track of school news as well as class and group announcements, perform admin activities such as online fees payment, raise leave requests, service requests etc.

This is one of the WORST updates I have ever done, for instance, I had an exam, alright, the day before the test when I was revising, I had to use this app, it asked for update so I did it. After the update, I was unable to find ANY groups or folders. I was unable to revise and had to do so in the bus with my friend ( the bus ride is 20 mins ) . Although, over all, this app is good ( other than the update ofc ) .

This new UI and UX is absolutely horrible. it’s confusing, looks terrible, and isn’t as easy or straightforward as the previous one. it’s also missing more than half the features the previous version had (although most weren’t working anyway such as the conduct feature). it also seems to not have been properly updated as none of my class groups are showing and i can’t really seem to find the chatter either/it’s a bit hidden away. i get that designers and developers want to have a more “minimalist” or “simple” look but it usually ends up making the app lose half of it’s functionality and convenience, and often hides features behind other tabs or such. since we have to use this app for school making it quick and easy to use should be one of the key features. I’d like the old UI and UX to be brought back, and fix a few bugs or remove features that weren’t working in the first place (like the conduct feature) i’m going to give one star for this new update. i’ve asked many of my peers and it seems they felt the same, but just didn’t write a review. it also seems like the new update has a chat feature? sometime chat (?) notifications pop up and when you click on them it takes you to what seems like a message or texting like interface but the chat feature isn’t to be found anywhere on the menu
