It’s showing reverse driving It’s always showing car start after 10 to 20 minutes No alert at ON /Off It’s showing the car running in residential areas not on road The device any time can be off . No support of service One cars device is off since last 20 days but no service support. The purchase of this device is my bad . -- Raghav ICICI, 2024-09-07 ### *---- "No alert only aftr two days of installation" after a two days there is no alerts no location service -- Djkalhs, 2024-01-23 ### ****- "It’s a good decent hardware and app." It’s a good decent hardware and app. Have scope of improvement. In the beginning it had some problems with the tracking and signals, but later with tech visit it been working well; it’s been over 5 years now. Info: They use Airtel GSM sim, but you may want to try a different provider consulting them base on signal strength in your area. -- haroldnb, 2024-01-23 ### *---- "Payment done but plan didn’t renew" I have done payment but didn’t my plan renew now since after I purchased plan -- Hari Tanwar, 2024-01-15 ### *---- "App not for IPhones" No push notifications, no tracking, no route monitoring…….just garbage -- Deepak Swami Ji, 2023-11-18 ### *---- "Worst device and app" I am that unfortunate guy who bought 3 years of subscription of this device. Worst app as location is always incorrect, the vehicle is moving on road it will show inside the buildings, if in a rural place instead of roads it will show the vehicle is moving on crops, if road is parallel to a river or its a bridge app will show the vehicle is on the river. Another major issue is glitch, moving vehicle will stop in the map anywhere in the middle, symbol which is a car moves in reverse while u are driving forward. Customer service has stupid answers in respect to this issue. Stop and start feature: it is just a button on the app never works when i need it. A service guy came on my call and fixed it but the problem came again. I saw one review where a guy said best performance after app update i am using since 2 years i never found even a single update within these 2 years. In the end, team phoenix pls do not steal money from customer’s pocket if u cannot give quality product. Stop posting fake reviews and deliver some handsome products. -- Dunhvanm, 2023-10-17 ### **--- "App is no longer working" No updates despite recharge for the past one month -- up-16, 2022-11-28 ### **--- "App not logging in" Please see this app is no longer working in both my iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max Please see and release update for the same -- Rajp5436, 2021-12-14 ### ***** "Very nice device" Very nice device -- kajaldass788, 2021-12-14 ### *---- "Worst afterservie" Their device always shows wrong location. The car will be in motion but it will become grey in app and their support will say its network issue while my cell phone will have proper network. Nikhil in particular who handles support is very casual and laid back. Guys if you want a proper service then don’t go with their device. -- Singhanujrana, 2021-08-26 [View all Phoenix GPS reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Phoenix GPS Available In - [India](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/india) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/philippines) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/united-states) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/south-korea) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/belgium) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/brazil) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/belarus) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/canada) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/switzerland) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/chile) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/china) - [Cyprus](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/cyprus) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/germany) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/algeria) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/spain) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/france) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/united-arab-emirates) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/hong-kong) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/ireland) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/japan) - [Kenya](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/kenya) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/mexico) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/new-zealand) - [Qatar](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/qatar) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/russia) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/saudi-arabia) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/ukraine) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/united-kingdom) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/argentina) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/australia) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/azerbaijan) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/phoenix-gps-Vfzc/kazakhstan) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
