I like how simple it is to use and it has live tracking even when I’m actually in the taxi so I can see where I’m going.

Local pick-up, took 40 minutes after being told it was 15 minutes. Plan’s scuppered, overcharged by at least £5 and threatened a £16.40 cancellation fee due to their own incompetence. Would not use again.

Pre booked a taxi a few hours earlier, called 30 mins before to ask if the taxi was on its way (because the app showed 0 taxis in my city and i’d read a lot of reviews about the taxis being late), operator said they hadn’t left yet. I called 5 minutes after my taxi was supposed to arrive as the app still hadn’t said i had been assigned a driver etc, operator took 5 minutes to answer, and said “they’ll be with you soon”. I didn’t want to risk missing my train, so I just cancelled and booked an Uber which was with me within 5 minutes. Only giving it 2 stars because the actual app is well designed.

Used a few times but the price quoted rarely matches the actual cost, and you cannot book a pickup from anywhere other than where you are physically. If you manage to make a mistake of booking from another location it decides to put that location as a new destination and for me, your new home location. Book a taxi home later and thought I was going to a different physical location.

Easy to download, get registered. I ordered an 8 person taxi, was simply done on the app, quote in seconds and then a simple history view of bookings!

Can’t rate this app enough! Being a young female when you’re out sometimes you don’t always know exactly where you are but with this app I simply click pick me up and type in my home address and a taxi is with me within 15 minutes! And I can track it every step of the way, thanks Phoenix this app is great

Avoid if you can but sadly there are few alternatives in the area. Booked the night before and sent a notification on the day that driver would arrive 10 minutes after my booked time, despite the app showing another car available for a quicker pick up. I called and was assured would be there on time, which was a lie and 2nd person just advised to book for 5 minutes before I need them in the future.

Downloaded the app, booked a taxi for 6:30 the following morning to catch a train & all went as good as it could have - driver turned up on time & I had text a notification to let me know he was on his way. App could do 'saved locations' better as it still doesn't know where I live despite telling it numerous times. As a result it only gets 4*.
