## Phone Call Notetaker Description
The phone call notetaker that works on your own number. Set up in 5 mins.

VoxNote transcribes, summarizes, and turns every client call into key points, decisions, next steps, and a follow-up email ready to send.

▶ WHAT OUR USERS SAY

Sylvain Carbonneau, mortgage broker at Planiprêt:
"How many times has it happened that you stepped out of your car with a receipt on which you'd written a phone number on the back, and you were rushing back to the office to enter it into your CRM? That time is gone. Everything you say gets recorded, and you'll receive a summary of your conversation. Not a boring summary. Something intuitive, something that actually reflects the discussion you had."

▶ YOUR EXISTING NUMBER. NOTHING TO CHANGE.

• Works with the phone number you already have
• No hardware, no second line, no porting
• VoxNote runs in the background while you talk

▶ FOLLOW-UP EMAIL IN ONE TAP

• Drafts a professional follow-up email after every call
• Based on the actual conversation, not your memory
• Editable before sending

▶ SUMMARIES THAT FIT THE CALL

• Key points, client context, next steps — extracted automatically
• VoxNote detects the call type and adapts the format: prospecting, client follow-up, coordination
• Editable, exportable, and shareable in one tap

▶ EVERY LANGUAGE

• Automatic language detection at the start of the call
• Works in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, and many more
• Adapts when the conversation is bilingual

▶ PRIVACY AND SECURITY

• Built on platforms compliant with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II
• AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit
• Your calls travel over a private network that bypasses the public internet
• Never shared, never sold

Focus on the call. VoxNote handles the notes.
