Subscription is hidden in Apple Pay without description overlooked since September outraged I didn’t catch sooner

Cannot cancel

I signed up for a three day free trial. At the end of the first day, I tried to cancel the app. But the app would not let me. It just kept repeating endlessly try again later.

Doesn’t Work. Can’t Use.

I’ve had, and pay monthly for, this app for a few years now. I keep it as a ‘just in case.’ Well, today I need to record a call and when I open the app, I get an error message that says, “Warning: Please try again in a minute.” I cannot use the app. When I close the app and try later, I get the same error. Today, my subscription will end, as the one time I need the app after all this time of paying for it, the thing doesn’t work. Save your money. Do not bother with this app.

It’s not recording at all

I try several different ways, but nothing happening, no calls recorded

App Developer No Response

If only the developer would respond to any of the several messages I recently sent. The app works beautifully, and I've been using it and paying for it for three years. It does everything it's supposed to do except make it easy to access your recordings if your phone number changes. I've read the FAQs on this subject. It's not enough information. I'm making recordings right now on my actIve subscription, and they're definitely being recorded, but they aren't downloading to my phone because my phone number changed. I just need to change the phone number on my account so I can download my recordings. The FAQ's say my recordings are in the cloud – great! May I have them, please? I will be happy to upgrade my review if and when I ever hear from the developer. Otherwise, I don't see any other choice except to buy another app and start over. Waiting, still waiting…

Didnt record anything

I tried multiple times to record calls for a project and each time, although I followed the instructions and tried different ways of doing it after it didnt work the first several times, it just never recorded any audio. It recorded the time and saved a file but there was never any audio to go along with it.

Doesn’t work

No customer service either …..
