## Phone2 Description
Phone2 is the business phone for modern teams, in one app, on every device.

Get a real US or Canadian phone number for your business and run every call, text, and voicemail from a shared inbox your whole team can see. No second phone. No second SIM. Download Phone2 on iOS, or open it in your browser, and your business line works everywhere you work.

Whether you're a solo founder taking your first business call or a 10-person team triaging support, Phone2 keeps work out of your personal life and gives every customer a fast, professional response.

Texts and calls in one thread:
Every text, call, and voicemail with a contact lives in one conversation. Stop hopping between three apps to figure out what was said.

A shared inbox for your team:
Invite teammates to call and text from the same business number. Everyone sees what was said and who responded.

Multiple business numbers:
Add as many local or toll-free numbers as you need for sales, support, side projects, or regions. All in one workspace.

Call recording and call history:
Every call logged. Recordings stored up to 90 days. See exactly who handled what and when.

Custom voicemail greetings:
Record a greeting on the spot or upload your own professional audio. Different greetings per phone number.

Advanced call flow:
Build IVR menus and routing rules per number without coding. Powerful enough for a 50-person team, simple enough to set up on a lunch break.

Work-life balance:
Mute work notifications outside your hours. Set Daily, Weekdays, or Custom schedules and actually unplug.

International calling:
Reach customers worldwide from your US business number. Transparent per-minute rates.

HD Voice on every plan:

## Phone2 Reviews in United States

### *---- "Phone number not in service"
I signed up a few days ago but incoming calls receive a message that says the call cannot be completed as dialed. I can make outgoing calls and receive texts but no incoming calls. I have attempted to email customer support a few times with no response. Additionally the chat feature on the website doesn’t work.
-- Meg488, 2025-01-02

### ***** "Save money"
So far the phone2 app has helped me save money. I was paying $32 monthly for our business phone line. Now we have two phone lines and only pay $5 for one.
-- Kavanah7, 2024-12-25

### *---- "Can’t make phone calls"
Unable to make phone calls or send text msg.
Only inbound calls
-- Legacy BIS, 2024-12-18

### *---- "CONSTANT DROPPED CALLS"
Do not buy this app or work with this company. There is no customer service and you will continually receive dropped calls.

AVOID THEM NOW. You have been warned.
-- 73338, 2024-12-18

### *---- "Terrible Waste Of Money No Supprt Or Refund"
Can’t receive calls after buoying the $129 lifetime plan. I told them this and they sent a generic AI response that was not helpful. Then, they will not respond at all to my refund request. Total scam. Tried calling their helpdesk number I only get a generic answering machine that doesn’t even mention their company name. No call back.
-- hellnaw!!!, 2024-12-16

### ***-- "Needs Updated"
When it works, it does good. About 75% of the time it does not work right. Calls won’t connect and you have to either call them back or hope they call back. And that is in excellent cell service and excellent Wi-Fi. Emailed the help section and never got a response. I know multiple people that have the same issue with this app not connecting properly. So it is not just me.
-- twogun8466, 2024-12-13

### **--- "App is fine, but the support…"
The software itself works but the support is non-existent. It’s hard to even find a working support channel and when you do, they DO NOT respond. I’m trying to get my phone number registered with the FCC; the self-service mechanism does not work and Phone2 does not respond. Because of this, I can’t use SMS functionality, which is important for my business. Like I said - the tech is good but you will not get the help you need. Go with another option if you need a reliable service.
-- GU-Reviews, 2024-12-11

### *---- "Don’t do it"
Ported my business phone, and the phone2 service didn’t pick it up like it was supposed to. And ZERO customer service response. Basically I paid phone2 to lose my business number.
-- FrustratedMacGuru, 2024-12-08

### *---- "NOT USER FRIENDLY SO FAR"
Can’t find how to manage acct; can’t add phone numbers, can’t find how to log into account to set preferences as it just keeps reopening the app. So far I’m NOT impressed as voice was MUCH easier and more friendly to set up and use.
-- LC5492, 2024-12-05

### *---- "Very limited functions"
Very limited app functions and I’m not receiving incoming messages. Poor support.
