## PhoneBox Canada Reviews in Canada

### *---- "Sign in doesn’t work"
Same issue as other users. App won’t get past sign in.
After filling out ‘Welcome back’ page and submitting, app returns to initial ‘welcome to phonebox’ sign in page.
-- waboi3000, 2025-01-05

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
After adding my sign in info and clicking login, it sends me back for the initial login page. Simply can’t use it.
-- Roposti, 2025-01-02

### ***** "Easy to manage my account"
It's nice to have this app, i was able to easily extend my account! Great job!
-- Raccoon4949, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Bad design"
Interface is nicer than precious app but lack of simple sign in and rememeber log in functions. Need to do it everytime to check the app, one of the worst experience
-- Seewit, 2024-12-14

### *---- "Cannot login"
PhoneBox has been promoting this app for a few weeks. Would be good if I could actually login. Reached out to support, after more than 2 weeks no reply.
-- Soejie H, 2024-12-13

### *---- "Resolved: Cannot sign in"
Finally got it work:

An existing user needs to sign up a “new” account on this new app using the email address that is working with the old app. Then use the new credentials to sign in.

Really hope the app gives more helpful error messages or hints. Good luck!

=============
Original feedback
=============
Was hinted to install the new app. After installation, when I tried to login, no message saying error or success, just got out onto the main screen
-- Andy.zh, 2024-12-13

### ***** "Great improvements"
I’ve switched from the old app to this new app and the experiences are much better. They’ve also include few other features such as status tracking , benefits and promos, those are the things that I find interesting and beneficial as I can opt into getting the latest deals whenever it comes out
-- JJay0999, 2024-12-11

### ***** "Interesting features"
Phonebox introduces many new features and build user-friendly UI
-- Anshu Nayyar, 2024-12-11
