Swipewipe is the app that will (finally) help you clean up your camera roll. And you’ll enjoy reminiscing while you do it.
We'll save you the time: Yes, there are other apps that can help you quickly delete photos on your phone. But none of them worked for us!
We wanted a simple, fun, elegant solution that let us go month-by-month, work our way through all our photos, videos, screenshots, and everything else in our camera roll, and decide - one by one - what to keep and what to get rid of. That’s Swipewipe.
Here’s how it works: swipe right to keep a photo, and left to delete it. If you make a mistake or change your mind, just tap the current photo to go back. Hold down on a picture to see its metadata. After you’re done reviewing that month’s photos, take one last look at the photos you chose to keep and the ones you chose to delete, make any tweaks you need to, and then…you’re done!
Each time you finish a month, it'll be crossed out. (You can always revisit that month, though.) If you get part way through a month and want to take a break, you can quit the app - a progress wheel will appear next to that month on the main screen, showing you how much further you have to go.
If you’d rather not go month by month (or even if you do!) we think you’ll like our new On This Day feature. It sticks to the top of your Swipewipe home screen, and each day, it updates with the photos that you took on this date one year ago, two years ago, and so on. Revisit your memories on their anniversary, and swipe through to determine what you’d like to keep and what you’d like to delete. (It’s pretty fun.)
We also have:
- Bookmarks (for any pictures you want to set aside)
- A widget (and streaks!) for On This Day
- Stats that show you how many photos you’ve reviewed, how much memory you’ve saved, and more
…and we’re always adding cool new stuff!
Our camera rolls shouldn't be such a mess. You should be able to look back at the memories you've made without getting interrupted by blurry duplicates, irrelevant screenshots, and other clutter that keeps you from the good stuff. That’s why we’re making Swipewipe.

it dose let you delete apps although it only lets you delete an amount then you have to wait 7HOURS!! to delete more..
Procrastination Over!! ☺️
Eight years of raising kids so far, 4500 photos and lots of putting off clearing out my phone. Procrastination over! I spend 3 minutes a day while waiting for my coffee at work and I have cleared out gigabytes of space. Been doing this for a month! Thank you 🙏
Good app but to expensive
The app itself is very good and helped me to delete lots of photos, but you can only delete a sudden amount a day without getting premium. There are also lots of other features that you can’t do without premium. Premium is very expensive, $150
Remove the limit please!!!
Why is there a Daily limit there is a lot of other apps like this…without daily limits maybe that’s why no one is using this app! I recommend not downloading this it said I saved over 5GB in reality I saved nothing it’s a waist of time

ITS ACTUALLY SO GOOD, MY CAMERA ROLL WAS GETTING FULL TO THE POINT I COULDN'T ADD MORE AND I USED THIS APP AND IT GOT RID OF MOST OF IT AND IT EAS ACTUALLY AMAZING OMG EVERYTHING ABOUT IT IS SO FAIR AND AMAZING 5 STARS DEEPLY RECOMMEND
I can only delete 20 photos every 8 hours unless I pay
Really? This app used to be great! Now my limit is hit after a single random stack? I’ll just go through my camera roll and delete instead…
New "On This Day" Suckssss
The feed is sooo much slower than the old swiping method for the "On This Day" feature. It's super cumbersome and user unfriendly. Please give us the option to choose which layout to use ☹️ Edit: That update lasted literally like two days before they reverted it, yay! Five stars!

Such a great app, saves time and breaks a big job into small easy to use pieces.
Easiest & most satisfying way to remove photos
This app is absolutely game changer! I’ve been using it for over 6 months & so far I have saved almost 20gb of storage. Their “On this day” feature is so useful to look back on the memories and also remove unnecessary random photos. Highly recommend to anyone who’s looking to clean up their gallery.
