Disappearing photos
I’ve been using the app for 3 or more years and has always been fantastic but to my surprise a few days ago all my pictures just disappeared but the videos are still. I can’t even recover the pictures. Please advise on how to retrieve them because it is really frustrating
Deleting of all my photos!
I’ve been using this application for the last four years and it’s been fantastic. I’ve even paid for it a few times! however after the new update I’ve lost years of special photos but my videos still remain. I need them back! Please sort this out

The app dissapeared, when reloading it it pops up without a password … so confidential data is exposed
Update password login error.
I can’t access the app since this update, I had 6 combination password and now there’s only room for four digits, can’t access any of my data or files, even when I press forgotten password it gives no options! Please assist

Hi I lost all my data on the app after the update. It changed and they don't allow me to insert my password as usual. The password I need to insert is now 4 digits. My previous password was not 4 digits. There is no option where I can change it.
