Lost Photos
All my photos have vanished without warning, now can’t find them anywhere
Photos disappeared
All my photos added have all vanished into thin air.. no way to contact anyone for support
Lost all files
Had some decent photos of a colleague that I needed to keep for reminiscence purposes and was now they are gone forever.
Everything has gone
Since the new update, all my pictures have gone and I don’t understand how that can happen.

Since the update I lost all files without pre warning, better when it was calculator app now called vault it’s to obvious

Non of the video link up most our blank screen and once password forgot basically impossible to get back
App change
App was great as a calculator but it then changed completely and named Secret Vault. Goes against the reason for the app.
Difficulty in retrieving password
This app is fantastic but once a password is forgotten, it becomes difficult retrieving it even after answering your security questions correctly. I haven’t been able to access my hidden pics and documents because of this problem.
