Support iPhone 5 & iOS 6.0 What is Photo Time Lock? Using a secure, timer-locking feature, this app is the instinctive, intuitive, desired, and repeatable ability of an individual to voluntarily lock up anything (via photos contain combination of a lock), for any amount of time he or she selects, from 1 minutes to 365 days; items that are damaging to her health, or a threat to his very life. Scenarios: Gambling: An individual who knows that he has a gambling problem places all the “tools” of gambling (e.g. cash, checkbooks, credit cards, etc.) in a combination lockable container, scramble the combination and took a picture of the code via this app, and set a timer to lock this picture for 48 hours. Then he knows he will be out of gambling in the following two days. Beer: A beer drinker buys a case of beer, 24 cans. At home, he puts 3 beers on the top shelf of the refrigerator and 21 in a combination lockable container. He locks the container and put it on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. He takes a picture of the randomly scramble combination via this app, and sets the timer-lock for 24 hours. Later in the day, could he go out and buy more beer? Yes, but a high percentage of individuals do not. Try it for yourself. Features: SECURE: The time of this app is verified via remote NTP server, thus tampering system time on the device will have absolutely no effect. KEYHOLDER UNLOCK: a keyholder who has the passcode can unlock any individual photo anytime even the countdown timer has not been reached zero. FLEXIBILITY: The lock time can be set from 1 minute to 365 days, in a minute interval. How to use it? 1. You may need a box that can be locked with a combination lock, and you should be able to randomly scramble the lock setting without looking it (or let your beloved one do it for you). 2. Run this app, create a new photo lock, and then take a picture of the combination lock without actually read the combination, you can look at a thumbnail of the picture to assure yourself you’ve got a decent picture, but the thumbnail doesn’t give enough resolution to see the combination. 3. Set a lock time from 1 minutes to 365 days, in one minute interval, you can also turn on “Keyholder Unlock” feature thus the keyholder can unlock this photo anytime by enter a passcode. Then tap “Start” to start the lock. WARNING – do not do this until you have thoroughly read the help manual and understood completely how this app works. 4. The photo will keep locked until the time countdown reached zero or your keyholder unlock it. Once unlocked, you can view the photo containing the combination. Now you can undo the combination lock to open your box. ## Photo Time Lock Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple111/v4/71/0b/cc/710bccb6-971d-dee6-3b3e-9ec6f146d25c/pr_source.png/1242x2208.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple122/v4/a5/9f/59/a59f5902-8767-aa22-66c7-3e79c9cf03f6/pr_source.png/1242x2208.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple111/v4/01/87/c5/0187c500-2a7e-0476-5911-3de510c96655/pr_source.png/1242x2208.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple122/v4/db/8e/26/db8e2680-62db-7477-effa-65b6388a3099/pr_source.png/1242x2208.png) ## Photo Time Lock Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 11 (79%) - 4 stars: 0 (0%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 1 (7%) - 1 stars: 2 (14%) ## Photo Time Lock Reviews in United States ### *---- "No longer works" Used to be great now it just crashes when trying to load -- Ewatchman, 2022-12-13 ### *---- "Doesn’t work!!!" They claim that the time can’t be tampered with. If you change the time in the iPhone settings it effects the time on the app, hence tampered with. Due to this, the app is absolutely useless and a waste of $10. -- A1leun, 2020-03-04 ### ***** "Simple and elegant solution" Easy to navigate interface and perfect functionality for the intended purpose. I appreciate the ability to take photos within the app and not have to mess with photos outside of the app. -- Kob565, 2018-03-30 ### ***** "Five stars" Excellent idea, functions as described. -- Jeremyjar, 2017-05-06 ### ***** "Great Upgrade" The upgrade to this app is very good. Over the past several months the app wasn't working well with recent operating system upgrades. I like having the ability to extend the time on it but are should be taken since an inadvertent tap can cause the extension of time to be added, and that can't be undone. Imagine being locked up several intervals longer because someone -- intentionally or by mistake -- taps on the extension bar. There should be a confirmation selection before the extension is applied. I still give this 5 stars though, because it is absolutely unique. There are no other apps that can take a photo of a combination lock and hold it for the prescribed time (now extendable), and give it to you at the end of the time period. I'm amazed more people haven't found it. -- SJS2k, 2017-05-01 ### ***** "Works as advertised and works well" Before this latest update this was a 1 star app in my book. That was due to major bugs. But this is no longer the case. The developer has fixed the bugs and I just tested it myself. The app works great now. -- mos4567, 2017-04-15 ### **--- "Needs an update, buggy!" Overall, it's ok. The passcode unlock option is supposed to be a permanent decision for each pic, but when I close and reopen the app, I am able to reverse that decision. Also, when I try to leave feedback, the program crashes. Also, I'm supposed to read I help manual that apparently does not exist. -- LanceLink Secret Chimp, 2016-12-13 ### ***** "Works Great!" 5 Stars because it does everything just like it says. Request for additional features: 1. Can e-mail/text the photo to someone and doesn't keep a copy of E-mail or text on phone. 2. Able to add time during session. Bonus: complete override privileges can be granted to another user prior to setting time. -- Rrrrrrrrrrr, 2016-07-30 ### ***** "MC tested" This is the perfect app for using along with a holy trainer MC. It is very easy to take a picture of a lock combination without seeing the numbers. -- Holy Trainer, 2015-08-13 ### ***** "Works Great. How about location option" Works really well and flawless execution. Could be enhanced with a location unlock feature. Lock picture until you go to a certain location or a string of locations. How exciting! -- Eagle987654321, 2015-01-17 [View all Photo Time Lock reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Photo Time Lock Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Paid | United Kingdom | Utilities | #185 | ## Photo Time Lock Discovered Keywords -
