Cant edit collages, can’t select format. -- Mustard789, 2025-01-19 ### *---- "So gutted they deleted all my app creations" This is the first time I’ve ever reviewed an app and I’ve taken the time to share how shocked I was that photobox would delete their customer’s creations and albums. I’ve spent hundreds of pounds over the years on many creations that I absolutely cherish and would never have looked for another photobook app if it weren’t for this change. Do you hate your customers? It really doesn’t feel like anyone thought this through properly… -- AMG2012, 2025-01-11 ### *---- "Too fiddly" All I want to do is print photos off my phone, but the app is terrible. I should be able to access my saved albums and then print directly from these. I uploaded photos, then to buy items I had to upload again and do this one at a time for A4! I just gave up! Still haven’t figured out the best method to print my photos. I will be trying another service. -- starfionn, 2025-01-10 ### ***-- "New interface is infuriating" I used to love this app for making photo books. But the recent update has taken away all of the good features. Now you have to create everything on the webpage. I’ve lost any control over layout - you used to be able to browse layouts, now you can only “shuffle images” and hope for the best. They have also removed the ability to easily swap picture placements by dragging and dropping. Now you have to go through a long winded “replace” process, only for the generated layouts to keep the photos in the order they were before. You also need to upload all photos on your account before you’re able to make a photobook, whereas before you could add straight from the camera roll without the added step. The quality of the books doesn’t appear to have changed - so that is a bonus. But the lack of control I have to layouts is enough for me to look for another photo app -- mmmNadia, 2025-01-03 ### *---- "What happened?" I’ve been using Photobox for some time now, every year I’ll make our family calendar. The new changes made my job soo much harder using the app or website it was very frustrating. -- Jan jan king, 2025-01-02 ### *---- "App no longer works" Have used the app yearly to create photo books and always found it very easy with a great end product. Now, this year, the app appears to no longer work as an in app editor - can’t edit layout or designs in the app and it redirects to a basic web page with terrible functionality. Therefore not able to create photobooks. Will order elsewhere -- Breeeeeeeex, 2024-12-31 ### *---- "Ridiculous!!" Wish I could give it no stars In simple terms: Awful communication Awful shipping Awful tracking of packages Please make sure if you ever do buy from them order way in advance otherwise they they will just disappoint. -- Angry-customer-09, 2024-12-29 ### *---- "Keeps coming up with problems" I’ve tried to create a calendar six times but keeps coming back with a screen telling me there’s problems, lost faith in the app moving on to another company -- Spectre667, 2024-12-20 ### *---- "Bad quality books" I used Albelli for over 15 years and I was in love with the quality of the photo albums. Unfortunately it was acquired by Photobox and the quality is so bad. I ordered two photo books and they are both just not good. I’m going to have to find another company. -- elybiso, 2024-12-13 ### *---- "iPad screen rotation not working" Cannot change the orientation of my screen as it's fixed on portrait but I'm using an Apple Magic Keyboard- Apple advised it's not them it's the app developer's issue they need to update -- Kickboxboomer, 2024-12-10 [View all Photobox reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Photobox Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | France | Photo Video | #57 | | Top Free | Ireland | Photo Video | #60 | | Top Free | United Kingdom | Photo Video | #84 | | Top Free | Denmark | Photo Video | #121 | ## Photobox Discovered Keywords - prints - photo books - print photos - free pics - 50 free prints - picture print - lalalab photo printing - photobox free prints - photobooks - freeprints photo tiles ## Apps Similar to Photobox - [Lalalab - Impression photo](https://apptail.io/app/lalalab-impression-photo-vad/united-kingdom) - [CHEERZ - Impression photo](https://apptail.io/app/cheerz-impression-photo-RSd/united-kingdom) - [Photoweb Impression Photo](https://apptail.io/app/photoweb-impression-photo-JNh/united-kingdom) - [Albelli fotoboek poster prints](https://apptail.io/app/albelli-fotoboek-poster-prints-sQh/united-kingdom) - [FreePrints Photobooks](https://apptail.io/app/freeprints-photobooks-ezi/united-kingdom) - [FreePrints Photo Tiles](https://apptail.io/app/freeprints-photo-tiles-jKo/united-kingdom) - [FreePrints Cards – Fast & Easy](https://apptail.io/app/freeprints-cards-fast-easy-qVq/united-kingdom) - [Boots Photo](https://apptail.io/app/boots-photo-Vpv/united-kingdom) - [Piiics Tirages & Livre Gratuit](https://apptail.io/app/piiics-tirages-livre-gratuit-qjI/united-kingdom) - [Rosemood - Album photo, Tirage](https://apptail.io/app/rosemood-album-photo-tirage-rjI/united-kingdom) ## Photobox Available In - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/photobox-photo-books-prints-ORc/united-kingdom) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/photobox-photo-books-prints-ORc/france) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/photobox-photo-books-prints-ORc/ireland) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/photobox-photo-books-prints-ORc/italy) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/photobox-photo-books-prints-ORc/denmark) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/photobox-photo-books-prints-ORc/netherlands) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/photobox-photo-books-prints-ORc/norway) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/photobox-photo-books-prints-ORc/sweden) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
