This is totally scammed, my subscription was about to expire at 27th dec and I’ve cancelled it before that, still they deducted hefty amount of 259SR at 28th dec for no reason, I’ve contacted them and provide them all proof, cancellation proof, deduction receipt, everything but not get any response from them.
That’s SCAM!! I canceled my subscription during the trial period.. and they still charge me.. I only downloaded the Videoleap and canceled it .. and they are charging me for the photoleap!!!
They stole my money, and I keep talking with them in the helping center and I don't see any request
لقد ثبت التطبيق هذا من فتره وفي نفس الساعه حذفت التطبيق والغيته من هاتفي ، ولكن اتفاجئ بسحبهم اليوم لمبلغ اشتراك وانا لم اشترك معهم ، حتى ان التطبيق ليس مثبت على هاتفي !!! وتم التواصل مع الدعم ولكن لا يوجد اي استجابه ، وهناك الكثير غيري من وقع في نصبهم . اوقفو سحب الاشتراك من لدي ! I installed this application a while ago and at the same time I deleted the application and canceled it from my phone, but I am surprised that they withdrew a subscription amount today and I did not subscribe with them, even the application is not installed on my phone !!! Support has been contacted, but there is no response, and there are many others who fell into their monument. Stop withdrawing the subscription from me!

Please never purchase a subscription from their website make sure you do it only through app store for better service if you want to refund as you will deal with app store customer service not with photoleap terrible customer service
You took 173 SAR I downloaded this app a year ago and DIDNOT subscribe

Don’t try the 7-Days trial, they have charged me even I have cancelled the trial after 2 days When I asked them to refund, nothing happened and told me refund policy is only for 14 days !!
Why am I unable to cancel my subscription??? It is withdrawn from my visa balance even when i am unsubscribed! Please help!! I don’t even have the all downloaded
