Cancel Subscription still deduct fee
Before I agree RM4.90/week list out can cancel after 1 week. After 1 week I cancel but still deduct charger fee to my bank account, it’s almost after 2 months I checked! I paid every weeks! After I click cancel subscription, and list out its expired, but my bank still inform me RM4.90 auto pay !!! How can I close to pay the payment I didn’t use in this few months !! Even I cancel subscription still need to pay every week !!
