Photos at Officeworks

Really poor interface - has anyone trialled this with “normal “ customers

I have used this app to order a number of photos from my phone to go to canvas/frames. Tried to do the same thing again this morning, however it won’t let me do anything unless I’m actually sitting at a kiosk in store!!! What’s the point of this?? If I want to sit at a kiosk & do it I’ll do it at Kmart cause I don’t need an app downloaded to use theirs!!!! Very disappointed!!!

Never ever connect to the server

I’ve used the OW app many times for photos and it worked fine - ordered easily and picked up from my local OW store. I go to use it today and I can’t get past the first page! It’s telling me to make sure I’m on the transfer page, but there’s no way to get there and there’s no menu. Terrible!

Couldn’t connect to a kiosk. Followed all instructions including comment to the PhotoTransfer WiFi. Tried restarting, disabling cell. Nothing worked. Finally joined a very long queue to speak to the single staff member. Next time I’ll go retro bring a USB stick.

This app is a test of your sanity. Buy a photo printer and don’t look back.

Would recommend taking a USB or cable to the store, unfortunately this isn’t working

Just came from an Officeworks (Gregory Hills, NSW) where none of the kiosk cable connections worked. Forced to download the app, despite the low app rating. App didn’t connect to any of the kiosks, read the sign on the kiosk that said “if this app doesn’t work, to download the Fujifilm app instead” - best advice. Don’t bother with this app.
