Keep Only Photos That Matter

Description

You take several photos of that scene, hoping to have the ONE. Find the best pick of a series or burst and clean up your library.
We end up with hundreds or even thousands of nearly duplicate photos, where having a small subset of those would be so much better. Better for you, and better for the size of your photo library.
Photoscope does 3 things for you:
1. Surface your photo series and bursts in a familiar interface.
2. Guide you through the quickest process possible to find a single pick for a series.
3. Let you then share or favorite that pick, and let you delete all the discarded photos from that series.
Sit back and go down memory lane. And come back with your favorite memories and more storage!

Almost perfect

It’s delightfully great for culling. Automatically detects clusters of photos, and lets you select the best of the bunch. But what if you want to keep more than one? Simple, just skip. Unfortunately, skip doesn’t have a speedy button at the bottom. It’s hidden under the triple dots. And that’s the thing that would bump this to five stars: embrace a flag-skip-reject cull.

Just needs ignore

Thanks for the quick fixes! After ignore stack is added I’ll go up to 5.

Fantastic app for photo culling

I use a mirrorless camera and will sometimes take a *few* too many photos at the same time, often trying to capture just the right shot. I’ve looked all over for an app that directly integrates with my Photos Library and allows me to pick the best photo(s) from a bunch. This app does the job really well, and I am excited to see how the app gets even better with further development. Mac and iPad apps would be amazing; I hope they are on the road map!

This should be part of the native photo app

Apple should purchase this app. It’s awesome!

Just what I’ve been looking for + Missing one feature

This is perfect for me! I’m terrible at curating my photos after I’ve shot them, so this helps me clean up space. One feature request though: I should be able to save multiple photos from a series, if I choose.

Helpful - feature request

This is a helpful utility to compare photos. Thanks for creating it! One feature request would be an option to keep more than one photo in the series. I have run into a few situations where the photos are different enough that I want to keep more than one. Also if there was a way to ignore or mark series as reviewed, that would clear the screen and make sorting through new photos that come in easier.
