PhysiApp Reviews

Injury worse as a result

Lucey62 on

United Kingdom

I am extremely upset as in such terrible pain after the exercises as not shown how to do them properly by the physio and fear I have made it worse as happened due to flu jab perforating muscle.

Beware some videos in Swedish

Old_richard on

United Kingdom

At least I think it’s Swedish - look at / listen to the shoulder abduction exercise. Otherwise pretty good.

Terrible app

iPod review master on

United Kingdom

Most the back exercises I’ve been told to do are near impossible for anyone other then the person demonstrating them, pulling muscles left right and centre. All movements done by the person demonstrating are at the speed of sound and impossible to follow, watched one over 100 times and I still can’t get it.

Why change for changes sake?

DiggerDogs on

United Kingdom

Started it up this morning to the new Redesign. Why lose the simple press from 1 to 10 and replace with a slider? Why lose the count in to the timer, you need to press start and then get ready. I sometimes wonder is app designers have a clue who the products are designed for!

Physio app is excellent

Trackie D on

United Kingdom

I find this app very helpful because it reminds me that I need to do my exercises and also shows me how to do them correctly. I am very grateful for this extra help. Thank you.

Great

Tiny 11 on

United Kingdom

This app reminds me to do my exercises and also helps to explain how to do them

Above and beyond!

Fredattheedges on

United Kingdom

I was given a set of exercises because of one pulled muscle(I thought ). I discovered I have many other muscles that need to be stretched as well and most exercise pain emanated from them. I suppose at 76 I should expect some of my muscleature has not had enough exercise to maintain its flexibility and I welcome the warning of these flexibility improving exercises.

For Achilles tendon.

United Kingdom

Exercises are very good .

Love this app

Michellewithdodgyhip on

United Kingdom

Takes away the problem of remembering what exercises I’m supposed to do and helps me do them accurately.

Keeping me on my toes

Frances Mansell on

United Kingdom

Knowing that my efforts are recorded is good motivation . I can understand what the goals achieve for most exercises.
