MEMBER REVIEWS:
“Physique 57 On Demand is special for several reasons. The workouts are great and varied. They differ in time needed, body part worked, props used & cardio vs. strength. You’ve gained my loyalty because of the flexibility I have in choosing a workout based on what I am able to do on any given day and “who” I want to work out with that day.” - Sharon
“I have lost 35 lbs. and two pant sizes. I am happy at the size I am now but with my newfound love of fitness and healthy eating I think I will continue to see my body changing.” - Marissa

## Physique 57 On Demand Reviews in United States

### ***** "Love!"
I have been doing Physique 57 for 10+ years and have loved using this app. I love that I can take my workouts with me anywhere to feel strong and confident. The app is user friendly and makes working out that much easier. My favorite feature: I can download workouts before going on a trip! Thank you Physique 57!

### *---- "Reconsider before you purchase"
Be warned, they have no return policy. I recently found out I’m pregnant and they have a whopping 3 prenatal workouts on their app. They refused to give me a refund for my year-long subscription but did agree to “freeze” the amount paid until I want to use it again.

Their customer service is awful. This has been the 2nd time I reached out- the first time was due to the app freezing and glitching constantly. The rep had me delete the app and when I went to redownload it, it was missing entirely from the Apple Store. It returned a few days later but they were not very apologetic about the situation.

Each time I’ve spoken to their team members I have constantly been brushed off, dismissed, and disregarded as a customer. They have not apologized for any difficulty I’ve experienced. Furthermore, when I was speaking to the rep about needing a pregnancy app they referred to me as “the pregnant” refusing to even acknowledge me as a woman. When I called this out, they never responded to my email and it’s been days.

I am extremely frustrated with this experience- I used the Sweat app for 2 years and never had a problem with them. If you’re looking for a workout app, please look elsewhere.

### **--- "iPad app needs help"
Landscape mode on an iPad constantly switches back to vertical and you have to flip it around and back for it to work again. It’s an obnoxious problem because you can’t see the video well enough in vertical/portrait mode but you have to stop your workout numerous times if you want to view it in landscape.

Also, the iPad version doesn’t show you which videos you’ve already watched so if you’re doing a series, you have to log in to the web version to figure out what video is next.

Awesome workouts, but the app needs a lot of help.

### ***** "Love Physique 57- Love this new app"
I love Physique 57, I’ve been doing it off and on for years!

I just got the P57 OD and love it, however what are the chances of other steaming platforms to be used I. The future????

I.e… like ROKU or LG streaming platform? That sure would make things a lot easier for those that are not all in on the apple product!
-- Missing my app, 2022-09-15

### *---- "Unable to log on"
Current subscriber, unable to log on.

### ***** "Worth it."

### ***** "Love love love!"
Absolutely love this app!! It is so convenient! I can pick any workout based on time or body part! I do it at work during the week over my lunch hour!!
-- WWOW@5401, 2021-01-10

### *---- "Frustrating to use"
This app is not optimized to be used on an iPad or iPhone. Half the screen gets cut off whether in portrait or landscape mode. So searching becomes very difficult. It’s actual easier to log in on my browser than to use the app. (Once I choose a workout to stream, it works fine, but its not worth the trouble since I can’t access my options easily)
-- debrahpaul, 2020-11-04

### ***** "Needs optimization for iPad."
Would love it to work on landscape mode without having to play with it for five minutes. Otherwise good app. Needs more music though!
