I finished KYC and Pi automatically transferred to a wallet. Downloaded the pi browser then looked at the wallet for it to be empty and my original Pi in a different wallet. 0 chance in getting in touch with support and my years of work just lost .

I did pi mining for almost 4 years, but deleted my Facebook at some point and since then I’m unable to login. Tried to mail and contact support team but never got any response other than automated mail. I have my time and did mining and these people are doing nothing to help.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this scam at all costs. You won’t ever be able to complete KYC and migrate it just sits on the last stage for months and months. Legal action should be taken against this company as they are just locking users funds to never be seen again. It should take no more than 1hour to migrate to the main net not 6 months plus.
