## Piacere Lavazza Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Absolute rubbish!"
Unable to connect the machine to the WiFi. Customer Service told me that the newer editions which are now no longer available have the updated software!! My machine is 18 months old and the Voice facility part of it is USELESS!!!
Avoid buying these as they don’t work!
-- Crazy gal747, 2025-01-05

### *---- "Waste of money"
Despite the coffee is good this app and the connectivity to the coffee machine is terrible. Strongly do not recommend it.
I was so enthusiastic when I have seen a coffee machine with Alexa but this one is my biggest mistake.
It is hard to connect it, not able often to make you the coffee through Alexa , simply - do not waste your money.
-- Peter Tsakov, 2024-03-26

### *---- "Unable and waste of time"
App loads with error and no matter what I do I am unable to resolve meaning I am unable to use the complete functionality of my machine.

When it did connect the whole thing about personalising your coffee etc is a gimmick. Only works 1 time out of a 100. Absolute joke.
-- Chinchacha, 2024-02-28

### *---- "Terrible App"
Considering this app is developed and comes from such a big well renowned company like Lavazza this app is horrendous - constantly crashing and I can’t even connect my device. Every time I try linking it to the Wi-Fi network it comes up with an error that set up failed - tried many times and reset but no luck. Useless..
-- River2343, 2023-10-14

### *---- "Not good app"
Needs to open the app several time to actually connect without the app freezing, Stock counter not counting down. Descaling process tell you to empty tank at the start…so what will the machine use to descale with hmmm? Forgotten password also does nothing, completely worthless app…Do better!

Edit* app signed me out and now refuses to let me sign back in with my amazon account…to an alexa enabled device!!! Seriously…what are you smoking?

Edit** latest update unlinked machine from the app and refuses to now let me connect with amazon account again…these app “developers” are clowns who have no clue what they are doing
-- Deanking1985, 2023-08-12

### *---- "Useless on IPhone, update needed and fast!"
UPDATE dan now log in but I can’t past the ‘Connected, Continue’ button as the machines wifi never connects to my iPhone meaning it can never be set up and therefore making the app absolutely pointless
-- Dmuk2022, 2023-08-11

### **--- "Not happy"
I can’t get signed into the app to set up my voicy!
Keeps saying sign in request unsuccessful
-- Rachael x, 2023-07-25

### *---- "Cannot login"
I reset the password but cannot login!
-- Fokterry, 2023-07-25

### *---- "Useless"
You can download the app and buy the very expensive machine but nothing works. Can’t even create an account!! None of the options work and you only see a message saying “Sign in request unsuccessful”.

So mad because I knew this would happen.

Waste of time and money.
-- No coffee!, 2023-07-24

### *---- "Useless - Cant get past the logon screen"
Seems to have a bug - you cant get past the logon screen
