Cancellation of subscription
Very hard to cancel, almost impossible ti find a way to do it even though they provide advice on website.

Good piano game if you have the money
Why make a learning game that is so heavily based on the fact that you have to pay to even progress further. I feel like the game is an amazing way to learn to play the piano but why do you advertise it as if anyone can play it when in reality not all people can give away solid 30 dollars every month just to pay for a music app when I can pay the exactly same amount to a real piano teacher. It’s kind of just stupid. I wish there was a way to progress without having to pay and just being able to play it and enjoy it to the fullest without having to pay. Sure you can lock some of the songs behind the paying wall but at least make the learning feature free.

Fairly good
It’s good to learn but the time limit without the trial is annoying and it cost like 180€ per year. You could have some kind of way to get it like 100€ per year.
Ok for beginners
A good way to start learning piano. But lacks support for intermediate pianists - such as pedal and full page sheet music.
