Very unhappy when I play a 15 second piece of a song and I see the spinning wheel that prevents me from playing anything for 20 seconds while it uploads who knows what

I paid for the monthly service using Apple Subscription. Apple recognized my subscription and charged my credit card but I don’t have access to the PM content. I still just have access to the Free Account content. I’ve messaged, called and emailed PM and have not gotten a response. This kind of hassle is time consuming and obviously frustrating.
Great concept
I adore this app. It has been so helpful in my piano learning. Developers - I can’t pay over $100 for a tool that crashes every morning as I’m using it, in the middle of practice. Please build up its stability.

My kids are learning!
While I liked a previous version that allowed me to have separate “accounts” for my kids on my subscription, the app, program, and approach to learning the piano are excellent and effective!
Needs work
I bought this app and not best experience. It is SO confusing and frustrating. It does nothing is does not teach you piano. I got on trying to play and it just had me go and do it. It didn’t teach me.
Great Piano Learning App
I have only been using Piano Marvel for about 1 month and I can already see improvements in my rhythm and my sight reading abilities! Based on what I have seen in just 1 month, I would definitely say that this is the best piano learning app by far!

I have been using Piano Marvel for about one year. I’ve tried a few other apps, but none of them have the functionality and ease of use that Piano Marvel has in my estimation. I also like that the music is broad in terms of what you can do and you’re not forced, as an adult to constantly be playing children’s songs as you learn. Plus you can go at your own pace and it has videos and all kinds of helpful accompaniment and method and technique and whatever you can handle it will teach you. Love it!
Great value!
Working hard and learning a lot. Very affordable, even after the equipment investments. 2021 and I’m still using it and getting better. Update: Late 2023 and still motivated.
Beware, software quits working after you subscribe. It become unusable.
The free trial worked. Then I subscribed. The second I did that it locked me out of all songs, and kept crashing with an error code. It says send a ridiculously long code to PM support. I did and never heard back. Nothing changed. All I did was subscribe. Seems like a scam.
