### *---- "Poor communication"
Booked a Japan hotel that could fit up to 8people last month but due to pickAtrip application only can fill up maximum of 4guests’ information, hence I emailed them & mentioned that I have total 7people staying the hotel. PickAtrip team noted my email and mentioned that they had informed the hotel,L.

When I checked in hotel, the receptionist told me I have to pay additional JPY12,000 for each extra guest due to they only had the information of 4guests staying hotel, end up I paid extra JPY72,000!

I don’t know how pickAtrip team communicated with the hotel, pickAtrip team should have let me know earlier if the hotel would additional charge before I checked in instead of letting me know on spot!

After the trip finished, I tried to let pickAtrip team understand the whole issue, but they never compensate anything with my unnecessary charge! It is really worst experience that you can never communicate with the hotel directly if you have any requests or any question to ask before you make reservation, and also the perfunctory effort from pickAtrip team!
