Dieses Fahrzeug mit Nummer BL 15755 konnte ich zwar entsperren, aber konnte nicht losfahren. Es schien irgendwie verklemmt zu sein.

aber in letzter Zeit sehr unzuverlässig bei der Rückgabe. Obwohl ich das Velo nachweislich in einer Parkposition geparkt habe, trötzelt das System ich sei nach wie vor auf einer Sperrfläche. Was definitiv aber nicht der Fall ist.
Da hilft meistens nur Natel ausschalten, warten und nochmals probieren.

Tolle Idee, gute Velos, akzeptabler Preis, aber katastrophale Ausführung. Das Entsperren bzw Abschliessen der Velos funktioniert in ca 2/3 der Fälle nicht. Ich weiss nicht, wie oft ich schon ein Velo reserviert habe und hingegangen bin, nur damit das Fahrzeug wegen eines technischen Fehlers nicht entsperrt werden konnte und dann gleich auch von der Karte verschwand. Wegen ungenauer Positionierung und instabiler Kommunikation ist das Abstellen der Velos ebenfalls eine Glückssache. Bei all den E-Scooter-Anbietern funktioniert die Technik meist problemlos. Schade, denn die Bikes wären schneller und kostengünstiger. Unter dem Strich ist das Angebot aber leider unverlässlich um von A nach B zu kommen.

bin eigentlich ein begeisterter heavy user aber zu oft kann man das bike nicht abstellen oder nicht anmelden, sodass man sich für alternativen umschauen muss obwohl man sich drauf verlassen hat. wieder mal den zug verpasst, danke für nichts
