pick n pay asap after paying for my items I couldn’t track my order and the order history was empty. The app still requires me to pay but the money I paid first was not refunded how do I pay for the same items twice??? And no confirmation email for your order. I wouldn’t recommend the new app as it doesn’t have the wallet to store the credit which was then supposed to be your refund due to items being out of stock as well. I think the old app is better than the new upgrade. Sent an email regarding my refund hopefully they will make mends.

I’ve recently started using the app after FNB switched to Pick n Pay and I’ve had the most horrible experiences. Their inventory is not updated and most of the stuff comes back out of stock, the money you’ve paid when submitting the order is not refunded back. There was a time when I paid twice for the same order and the money is still gone. The app is not so responsive. When adding items it takes a while to update the cart. I want my money back.

Sometimes the store accepts orders and there is just no movement and you get a notification after 8pm that the order was cancelled.😭😭😭The inconvenience!!!Its terrible

Purchasing promotional items don’t seem to reflect accurately. Continually seems to be an issue with stock pickers at the store who seem totally incompetent at interpreting the orders placed.

1) the app doesn’t find my location 
2) the driver does not contact me to GET THE CORRECT LOCATION from the delivery instructions 
3) no option to chat with the driver other than WhatsApp 
4) support does not answer their calls

I’ve never seen a more useless delivery app before. Please fix your support, your drivers  competence, and app bugs before making it live to the public.

This is a whole damn area that can’t be picked up from a location service? What a joke.
