Scam risk!
Just a heads up, I had been using this app and account since covid began. And for a while I really loved the convenience of it…. Until…… some lovely person in Texas hacked into my account…. Now I am not directly blaming this on pick n save. But beware.
How they handle these situations is horrendous.. they will tell you they locked your account and be unable to give you much information…. They did in fact NOT lock my account but over the past week kept giving this person access to my account where they have tried MULTIPLE times to charge every card I have on file with them. I have been on hold with customer service more times then I care to count and there is no resolution whatsoever. I have had to cancel every card instead of just the first one they tried charging. Customer service is HORRIBLE.

After selecting “shop” I cannot select a department. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Didn’t help.
This app is Garbage!
when going into kroger pay i constantly get technical issues message, please try back in a few moments. I tried logging out & relogging, also reinstalled app and still the same. Fix your garbage app!!
Add to cart button is buried in Version 67.2
There is now a “save to list” button where the “add to cart” button was in the previous versions, which is extremely inconvenient and adds unnecessary time to building/placing an order for pickup. Finding/ viewing my cart is also less convenient than in previous versions
Useless app
Used to work fine, but now can’t sign in to my prescriptions. It keeps redirecting me out of the app to other page to enroll again when I am already enrolled in my prescriptions.
This app has so many glitches all the time
This app is constantly glitching every other time I use it. It’s almost unusable at this point. No clue how it has 4.7 stars
Fuel points
My fuel points are not showing in the app, but show on my store receipt for January. how can I have this fixed? I’ve called and only get the robot.
Latest update killed the app
I do store pickups regularly. I used to be able to just search an item and put it in my cart. The search function is almost broken now. And instead of hitting add to cart I now need to click on the item and change it from delivery to pick up for each item. And even if I search for pickup only, every other item is a ship only item. Please go back a version.
