## Pick-Up On Reviews in Canada

### ***** "Great service"
I am new to this service and am very impressed with the courtesy and efficiency and safety.
-- Bekasmum, 2025-09-03

### ***-- "Easy to use"
Good app… easy to navigate…. Some how need to offer a pay upfront Apple Pay so I can pay for all my rides before I even schedule a ride
-- Steven Billy tech, 2025-05-05

### ****- "Log out"
It works great most of the time but it will randomly log me out when I’m trying to check for the bus around
-- raven stag, 2025-02-27

### ***** "Awesome rides"
Very useful transit service, friendly drivers.
-- Vj0794, 2024-11-19

### *---- "Unreliable"
Had to order the bus three days in advance and my bus was still late with the app saying “ride delayed”. My driver dropped me off at the wrong stop and refused to bring me to the correct one. I was 15 minutes late to my babysitting job so four children all under the age of 10 were left unattended for 15 minutes. Would not recommend booking busses any less than 30 minutes before you are expected to be at your location.
-- Aurora wadge, 2024-11-01

### ***** "My Experience with Pick-up On-demand rides"
Some of the drivers I rode are a minute or two late but I’m fine with it because they are so nice, friendly and careful when driving. I always go to school safe because of the few drivers I had and I also go home safe because of them as well…. Thanks for being friendly and being a careful driver 🙂⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
-- thisisnotyanna, 2024-09-27

### *---- "Times."
I’ve started to realize that you either get times that don’t work in ur favour or “sorry, the busses are in high demand in ur area”. When they aren’t. Like I’ve almost been late 4 times because of how stupid the times are. Like either get more busses or add a “drop off time”.

At least the drivers are ok
-- Udvtd, 2024-05-07

### ****- "Pick up"
On time and friendly , just wish they could accommodate times better and start earlier for shift work I’m doing
-- mockbegger, 2024-05-02

### **--- "Too Inconvenient"
I’ve been using these services for 3 years and I can now say: 80% of the time I try to order a bus even days in advance it tells me their service is in high demand around the area for the time I searched as if I need to buy a premium membership and whenever I do find a bus I’M THE ONLY ONE IN IT. I don’t understand if this is an app issue or the drivers just lie about being already booked so they don’t have to work, but it severely needs to be looked at. Other than that the drivers are nice and polite, but that doesn’t outweigh this incredible issue.
-- dissatisfiedreviews, 2024-05-01

### **--- "Inconsistent"
The app is good when it works however I pay lots of money monthly for this service and it’s not letting me book any busses this week in the area I need even when I try and do it a week in advance it’s saying there is no service at that time in the are I search. I search within running times of 8-9 am and 3-5 pm and nothing! It’s so frustrating, and often times drivers are late. Why can’t I book any busses!?
