its my first time to use but it makes me sad and upset. it takes 2 hrs and more to deliver the food! very poor service.

I ordered online and I called them to change the address since I mistakenly put my home address and the customer care said that she will inform the driver but it didn't happen at all.

I ordered from Bacoleños today June 19,2024 and amount was deducted at 17:55 for aed98. However, no confirmation if the order was successful.

I placed an order and paid it, then they have cancelled my order and did not refund the money. Tried calling them several times with no response

I was deducted already 25.72 aed but now I check they said restaurant busy.

I order one whole chicken and one garlic rice. I don't have any problem with the food. The taste is good. but while I'm eating under the rice I saw this part of hair. It's look like this restaurant is not hygienic.. and I don't want to order again so disappointed.

what's the use of "delivery " if im the one who will come to the main branch to collect the food which is not available to the store??? OMG!! AND the resto telling me im will talk to the driver??? It's not making sense
