I have ordered food through the app and it showed that it will arrive between 8:45PM & 8:55PM, currently it's 9:00PM. Tried calling their Customer Service Line it's not even ringing!!

The food at this restaurant is good, but the delivery experience was terrible. The delivery was very slow—I waited for over an hour. I called customer service, and the representative took my order number, saying she would contact the rider and call me back. After waiting for 10 minutes with no callback, I called again, and she asked for my order number again! When I pointed out that she already asked for it earlier, she just smiled, which was really irritating. She then told me the driver had picked up the order and that it might be traffic. There’s also no tracking in the app, and the expected delivery time they give is completely inaccurate. The customer service is very poor, and the whole delivery process needs serious improvement.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with a service that was slow and provided poor service. The overall experience was quite frustrating. The service took an excessive amount of time to complete, causing unnecessary delays. Additionally, the quality of the service was subpar, with numerous errors and mistakes. It was disappointing to encounter such a lack of efficiency and attention to detail. I hope that this feedback can help improve the service for future customers. I would like to add that in addition to the slow and poor service, the customer service of this company was unresponsive. I attempted to reach out multiple times, but no one picked up the phone. This lack of availability and communication further added to the frustration and disappointment of the overall experience. It is crucial for a company to have a responsive and reliable customer service team to address any issues or concerns that customers may have. Unfortunately, in this case, the lack of response only exacerbated the already unsatisfactory service.

You need better customer service. When I placed an order, I entered the wrong address but immediately tried to cancel it right after placing the order. However, the app said it could no longer be canceled. So, I called customer service right away, but you can’t talk to them directly. You only need to press number 9 and the hash key. They returned my call after 5 minutes. The agent's surroundings were very noisy, and it was hard to understand what she was saying because there were many people talking. I told her that my address was wrong and asked to have it changed. SHe said it was already fixed. Then I waited for my order. It took a very long time to arrive. I had been waiting for an hour. I called them again, asking for the rider's number so I could give my location, but they refused to provide it. They said the rider was on the way, but after 15 minutes, the order still hadn't arrived. Then the rider called and said he was at the location, but at the wrong location. He mentioned that no one informed him about the address change. I felt sorry for the rider because it was very hot, and he traveled a long way.
