I went home and sent a message to pick a roo. Guess what, they suspected me as a bogus buyer. How can I be if I already paid the groceries with my CC? When they confirmed I was legit, they booked a later pick up time which is 5pm that day. I asked if they can send me the groceries instead because it was their fault. They refused and told me that I still need to pick up the groceries. Such a hassle!
