Have to always start booking rides 1 hour or more prior to your journey because no driver picks up the ride between 8 am to 9 am in Colombo. Drivers refuse to take rides of small distances also.

This app I just installed for rides and it says no rides available, now I’m getting late

I can’t add location while I’m on the trip, why is that ? What’s wrong with the app ??? Disappointed

I have been using this app for over a year, but after a very disappointing experience, I decided to delete both the app and my account. I will never use it again. They tried to charge an unfair amount from me, claiming it was a “demand-based fare.” I’m truly disappointed with the way the distance, duration, and overall charges were calculated. It feels completely unreasonable and unfair to loyal customers.

Its very disappointing and annoying . They dont pick up the rides if the rates are low . And sometimes they wait till the rate go up because of demand and then accept . I understand these are all people trying to make a living but whats the point of this damn app when its not available in the moment and the prices are absurd just from my place to the top of the road it would be 300 while i can pay a road tuk only 100 . Please advice your drivers to be a bit more considerate on the small hires and distances too , its not that were going for free 400 or 800 its all still money .

I cant seem to add multiple stops for months now. Whenever I try to do so it resets to one destination. This is clearly a bug that has been occurring for over a month on my device.

Late drivers and very expensive

Pickme started with just a basic app. But today it’s an everyday lifestyle app and its features have improved dramatically.

Couldn’t find any riders many times, happened multiple times trying to find a rider from this app.
