Tried booking a car and can’t get ahold of anyone to change the pickup time because it was wrong after I booked even though I double checked the times before hitting book. Update: it was not a mistake of mine when booking. I double checked twice before hitting book that I was selecting the right time for pickup and it still glitched out and switched the time back after hitting book. This is absolutely a scam. There’s no taxi stand for them at the Cancun airport. For them to respond and tell me I made the mistake when I know for a fact I did not will make me never use this service again.
