This new app is very helpful. I get consistent notifications for trash and recycling. It’s nice to get the notifications before 7:00 the evening before.

I still get missed once in a while, but I understand holidays, and inclement weather can disrupt the order. Mostly, I am happy to have the app, along with reminders. I printed the calendar and have that on my fridge so I don’t miss any scheduled pickups.

Let me say, I would give this 6.5 out of 5 stars if I could! The woman made it my responsibility to make sure the trash is taken out and to be honest I would frequently forget. This app helps ensure the garbage finds it way to the dump!

Once we got the service to recognize what our letter said about where to put our bins we haven’t had a missed pickup. I which it hadn’t taken so long. I’m giving them 5 stars because they are so reliable now and it is greatly appreciated.
