This service I strongly will beat Amazon in the coming years… While supporting local establishments, and same day delivery. The only time I’m going to use Amazon or any other online resell is for things that aren’t offered in my city or a deal perhaps. I’m telling you this service is going to keep stores around longer… And prices aren’t bad for what your getting, I wonder if they will come out with a monthly membership for heavy users. I believe you could return items on here, but depending on the store policy’s some ask for ID’s to protect against fraudulent transactions. I hope they reach out to stores and have a partnership or something beating Amazon prices. This is an positive alternative for the market. Instacart only allows catalogue items on their application, this is much more open ended to what you can purchase. I never really leave reviews, especially paragraphs… but nicely done. I’d like to see a more modern look in the future.

Listen I very rarely leave a review, but I was quite impressed by the service. They helped me in quite a pickle. I had a sofa delivered within the same day, with proper communication from the driver at each step. The price was competitive and thanks to this service I didn’t need to take any chances on someone being unreliable. There was a slight delay, but honestly still worth it.

These guys have been an absolute life saver during this pandemic. The app is super easy to use and I never had an issue placing an order. The drivers were competent and actually took into account all the little notes I would make for each delivery. On one particular order I needed by appointment, I called in and spoke to James. He was super courteous and made me feel confident I’d have my order on time. He also just so happens to be a huge leaf fan and we quite literally planned the cup parade together!

Used the app to get two big bags of potting mix and a table from Canadian tire. I don’t have a car so this app was a lifesaver. It ended up way cheaper than regular delivery service. The app was easy to use and kept me updated on delivery progress-right from allocating the driver and picking up from Canadian tire - for downtown living this service is amazing!!! Try it out - I can’t wait to use it again!

Needed a TV picked up and delivered to my home. Everything from the app to the delivery went flawless, surprised it went this well with a new company

I’ve been trying to register with 2 emails. The verification email never arrived, checked Spam and junk folders on both emails and nothing.

I used the app to have material delivered from Markham to London. Even after our supplier missed the time to be ready Pickups pulled through and delivered on time. Great service and very easy to use.

I recently used the app for a large piece of furniture. The app was easy to navigate and the prices were very competitive. Would definitely recommend their service
