## Picky: K Reviews in United States

### *---- "Not really reading the review and just keeps on asking for revision"
I have been resubmitting my reviews for multiple times. Like I can’t even count how many times anymore. And yes I follow the instructions from the email, to the app, and to the revision requested. But whoever is asking for revisions doesn’t seem to review nor read nor watch the video submitted. Everything that’s being asked is there. The brands name, the products name, the ingredients, the benefits, and my thoughts of the product. Everything is on the review and they just kept on asking for revisions. Like what else should I change when everything is already there? Maybe someone had to review thoroughly. Or maybe just make a template if that’s what you need. I knew lots of creators have been complaining about this. Didn’t happen to me until now. And I’ve been on this app for years now. Whoever checks the review needs to check thoroughly, and make a thorough feedback through email. This might be my last time to apply/review product from them again. It’s been a waste of time so far and not even worth it.
-- Ishy01w, 2025-10-19

### *---- "Don’t bother"
I’ve been on the app doing everything for years , and I’ve still never received a product! I’m deleting it!!!
-- Pissedoffevenmorenow, 2025-09-28

### *---- "Extremely Disappointed - Poor Support & Unprofessional Expectations"
I’ve had a terrible experience with the GoPicky app and feel the need to share. Support is completely unhelpful and practically non-existent. I was sent a non-working tracking link that leads absolutely nowhere, and almost a month later, the issue still hasn’t been resolved.

Instead of fixing the problem, I was told the “deadline would be extended 1 WEEK” — as if I’m supposed to comfortably test and review a skincare product I haven’t even received in just seven days. That’s not only unrealistic, it’s irresponsible and reflects poorly on the platform.

I don’t feel comfortable reviewing a product under these conditions, nor do I want to. I’ve deleted the app, and the product can just sit on my profile — assuming it ever shows up.
GoPicky should be ashamed for putting this kind of pressure on creators while ignoring unresolved issues. This experience felt exploitative and careless. If you value transparency, support, and respect as a creator, I suggest you look elsewhere.
-- Skylar.xo, 2025-09-24

### ***** "Love this app!"
Picky makes it so easy to discover skincare products and join testing campaigns. Very smooth and helpful platform!
-- Phanie-96, 2025-09-19

### ***** "Im having a bug 🥹"
I filled out the information more about us where you put your female and birth year and instantly comes a white page with the name picky on pink and that page stays forever can you please fix this issue? My iPhone is updated so I think is maybe an issue on your part I really want to use this app!!
-- Deli Medina, 2025-09-07

### *---- "I haven’t gotten any events for months"
I’ve tried but it just gets harder and the requirements get stricter
-- Leeknowsshįtturd😀, 2025-08-06

### *---- "App Has Become Increasingly Difficult"
I’ve been using this app since 2023, and unfortunately, it’s only gone downhill from where I first started. The app itself is buggy, and customer support is slow; you’re lucky if you even get a response. Adding new products to review rarely works properly, and the database often lags behind when it comes to newer launches.

The bigger issue is how demanding the content requirements have become. I only apply to giveaways and appreciated the freedom to create in my own style. I run a faceless UGC account for personal reasons, but without noticing, their guidelines changed to require showing your face for many campaigns, even for giveaways or “Brand Connect” posts that aren’t paid for. That shift feels excessive for something that used to be simple and low-pressure.

What’s worse is the pre-approval process. You now have to submit your video before posting, and it often feels like they’re using this to push strict, influencer-style formats. It no longer feels like a fair exchange; it feels like brands are squeezing free promo from aspiring creators while giving very little in return. They do have paid collabs but I personally don’t join those as I feel like they require even more work.

After my final campaign, I’ll be stepping away from this app. It’s no longer fun, and the expectations feel unbalanced and unfair. If you’re looking for creative freedom or a low-pressure way to test and review products, this isn’t the platform anymore.
-- QueenTessXO, 2025-07-10

### *---- "Please fix"
The app will not let me connect my social accounts!! It says error try again later
-- Makeuplola, 2025-07-06

### *---- "I have issue with the app"
I’m a new user I’m having issue with creating my creator insights profile
I keep picking what I want and I save after every time

The progress never leave 0%
And my network is fine
I can’t apply for anything cause of this issue
-- Oohuhdgg, 2025-06-30

### *---- "Won’t verify email"
Won’t verify email on app. Can’t login online. App doesn’t work. Website doesn’t work.
