## Pickyourtrail Reviews in India

### *---- "Scammers & Fraudulents"
These people are just bothered to take booking. After making payment, they least bother to sort any concern of yours. They took booking for our anniversary vacation for Dubai & took payment as well. The visa related services & fee were also included in that. They book flights as well & took payment. After confirmed booking & payments they were not able to get visa. Then we asked to reschedule our anniversary vacation to some other date. Upon agreeing for reschedule we were asked to pay flight cancellation of nearly ₹40K.
Their employee Muskan planned our vacation and she made numerous calls before taking booking even she arranged call with her manager Sumit & another employee Bharat. Sumit & Bharat were in continuous touch with us till the payments were made & assured us to be in touch at any point of time after booking as well. But as soon as our vacation canceled, Sumit & Bharat has stopped picking up our calls, like once I called both of them continuously for 20+ times but no once had picked up & not even bothered to call us back. These guys are just scammers & have no work ethics. Pls avoid these fraudulent.

### **--- "Wasted Precious Time"
The trip planners are not bothered to provide the itinerary, been 2 days have been waiting for the itinerary. After following up haven’t received the details. Wasted precious time waiting on the planner.

### *---- "Worst service- they will bail out the moment you face a hiccup."
Don't book from them. We booked a trip to Thailand for 10 days. We specifically mentioned 3-4 star hotels. The experience started on a high note as the first hotel was really nice. All went downhill from there. The last hotel in Bangkok didn't have windows in rooms and they were all smelling bad. Asking for help from their support is to no avail. They just say that we are sorry for your trouble but we can't do anything. Worst travel experience i have had. Don't fall into their sales pitch.

### *---- "Review for Pick Your Trail (Bali Honeymoon Trip)"
1. **Promises Not Kept:**
- The initial promises made during booking were not fulfilled on the trip.
- The salesperson claimed the trip was fully customizable, but it wasn’t.

2. **Fake Promises:**
- We were told that most activities were refundable and could be changed anytime, even while on the trip. This was not true.
- The salesperson also promised a single driver for the entire trip, but in reality, we had 5-6 different drivers.

3. **Difficulty in Changing Plans:**
- Even two weeks before the trip, we struggled to change our itinerary despite their claims.
- After payment, changing the itinerary was almost impossible unless we paid extra charges.

4. **Customer Support Issues:**
- Before payment, the salesperson was easy to contact, but afterward, only customer support through the app was available.
- You couldn’t directly contact a dedicated customer support executive during the trip; you had to message via the app and wait for a response.

5. **App Communication:**
- While they replied quickly, the issues were rarely resolved.
- The promise of a dedicated person to help throughout the trip was false. There were multiple agents who answered through the app.

6. **On-ground Team Doubts:**
- They mentioned having an experienced ground team in Bali, but this did not seem true.

7. **Cancellation and Exploring on Our Own:**
- Mid-trip, we canceled the itinerary and rented a bike to explore Bali ourselves, which was far more enjoyable.
- Despite concerns raised earlier, Bali was safe and friendly, and renting a bike was the best decision.

8. **Hidden Charges:**
- Several extra charges like tourist levy, hotel deposit fees, etc., were not mentioned until after payment.
- They also did not assist with money transfers or providing a local SIM card.

9. **Flight Booking Issues:**
- Flights were booked with hidden extras, which were not clarified upfront.

10. **Recommendation:**
- If you're planning a trip to Bali, avoid using travel agencies like Pick Your Trail.
- Bali is easy to explore on your own, especially by bike, and is safe and welcoming.
- For confident and organized travelers, it’s better to get quotes from different agencies, plan your own itinerary, and experience the true essence of the destination rather than the overcrowded tourist spots.

### *---- "Disappointing Experience - Not Recommended"
I booked a Maldives trip through PickYourTrail, but the post-booking experience has been frustrating. The team has been unresponsive, and no one is available to resolve queries. Additionally, the package turned out to be more expensive compared to other operators, and they don’t even offer credit card discounts. Overall, it's not a good option for planning your vacation. I would recommend looking elsewhere for better service and value.

### ***** "Outstanding Travel Planning Experience with PickYourTrail!"
I recently used PickYourTrail to plan a customized trip to Maldives, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. The platform allows you to tailor your vacation exactly to your preferences, with a wide range of destinations and activities to choose from.

What sets PickYourTrail apart is their attention to detail and customer service. Their team was always available to answer questions, offer recommendations, and ensure that every aspect of my itinerary was perfect. The app is incredibly user-friendly, offering real-time updates and reminders during the trip, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable.

Thanks to PickYourTrail, I had an unforgettable vacation that was perfectly curated to my needs. If you're looking for a hassle-free, well-organized, and memorable travel experience, I highly recommend giving them try!

### ***** "Shoutout to Shamina"
Love the app and the idea especially for a traveler like me who hates to plan their itinerary.
Shamina was my poc and she’s been wonderful and super patient. I changed my plans 5 times and she responded promptly every time!
Thank you

### ***-- "App does not allow multiple users to access the trip."
I have booked a trip with my family. My spouces number was used as primary number. So, she can access all trip details in her app but I dont see a thing.
Suggetion here is to have access to the vacation data to all members participating.
-- Tushar T, 2024-08-31

### *---- "Honest review"
I would not recommend booking your trip through Pick Your Trail. Based on my experience, they focus solely on generating revenue and lack timely customer support once payment is made. They did not assist during my trip and appear to only act as intermediaries without having a dedicated team on the ground.
-- Rohipandey, 2024-08-29

### *---- "Greece and Turkey"
Pick my trail is very very disorganised agency
They do not give any updates properly and try to earn maximum profits from the clients they do not block hotels or flights till the last .
We were a group of 9 we suffered all through the trip as he never told us there are places which were not senior citizen friendly

They don't give any proper briefings

Never again shall I plan my trip with pick my trail the worse experience ever
