I’m incredibly disappointed with Picmonic’s customer service. I was recently charged for a subscription renewal that I had no use for, and the company refused to offer any refund, hiding behind a rigid policy that seems more about increasing profits than supporting customers. Even small companies are more flexible with refunds. As a medical student managing limited finances, I expected more understanding, especially from a company that markets itself to students. Based on this experience, I won’t be recommending Picmonic to any of my classmates or colleagues.
