How does Picnic work?
1. Download the app and order your groceries online
To order at Picnic you need the Picnic app. Download it now and register. You can collect all the groceries you need in the app as soon as you can order. Make a shopping list, and choose a delivery time. We’ll take care of the rest!
2. We take care of your shopping
Now it's our turn! As soon as we have all orders for the next day in, we send our shopping list to our baker, greengrocer, and the other suppliers. Once everything is neatly packed, we are ready to leave for your neighborhood. We keep the fresh products nice and cool in separate crates.
3. We deliver your groceries to your home for free
With our sustainable, electric cars we drive through the neighborhood via smart routes. In this way, we ensure that everything on your shopping list is delivered to your home, punctual to the minute.

Boodschappen vanaf de bank
Heerlijk om vanaf de bank boodschappen te kunnen bestellen. Klantvriendelijk en veel mogelijkheden om te kiezen qua bezorgtijden. De voorgesneden groenten (m.n. met paprika) zijn echter vaak minder lang houdbaar dan op de verpakking aangegeven. Nu al enkele keren een zak groenten weg moeten gooien… Zonde, maar daar houd ik nu meer rekening mee.
Zeer tevreden
Goed geregeld . Bezorging altijd volgens de afspraak. Soms gaat er iets mis, maar dat wordt altijd naar volle tevredenheid opgelost. Groot assortiment dat nog steeds verder wordt uitgebreid.
Geweldige winkel!
Hele fijne winkel. Groot assortiment. Als een artikel een keer niet goed is dan is je geld binnen no-time teruggestort. Dat heeft Picnic echt goed voor elkaar. Ook het afleveren, het inleveren van je statiegeld blikjes e.d. is super. We gebruiken Picnic sinds een paar maanden maar het voelt nog elke keer als een ongekende luxe dat je vanaf de bank je boodschappen doet en dat ze ook nog eens voor je deur afgeleverd worden.
iPad app ontbreekt
Al jaren zijn wij zeer tevreden Picnic bestellers. Wat echter na al die jaren nog steeds ontbreekt is een dedicated app voor de iPad. Op de site geeft Picnic aan dat een app voor de iPad beschikbaar is in de store, maar dat is de app voor de iPhone, waardoor er alsnog weinig ruimte is op het scherm. Bestellen en recepten bekijken op een iPad zou echter zoveel makkelijker en fijner gaan als er echt een aparte app voor de iPad zou zijn. Jumbo en AH doen het wat dat betreft beter!

Picnic team, bedankt voor wederom een zeer tevredenstellend jaar als “boodschappen klant”. Op naar een succesvol, en bovenal gezond 2025!
meldingen niet uit te zetten
al meer dan een jaar gemeld dat meldingen niet uitgezet kunnen worden met reclame etc button zet je uit en gaat weer aan nu meerdere meldingen gemaakt en niet serieus genomen. elke keer is iets net niet over datum of niet aanwezig elke bestellingen is er wel iets. misschien ligt het aan de regio alphen aan den rijn maar ik stap over gezien ze je NIET serieus nemen.

ik bestel regelmatig en heb nog nooit iets niet gehad of verkeerd gehad. verder hebben ze lekkere en snelle recepten en het vlees is echt lekker! dus ik raadt het zeker aan!
