## Picturehouses Reviews in United Kingdom

### **--- "Not ideal when using giftcards on app"
The app doesn’t tell you your remaining balance on vouchers
-- Hockeychic99, 2024-12-27

### ****- "Great cinema, but app has bugs"
Love the old feel of the cinema and the classics that show, but the app can be frustrating to use. I just had to try four times to book two tickets and an error kept coming up. Each time I tried again, the seats I picked were then unavailable, even though the order didn’t go through. Definitely need to fix their app.
-- Alexis Mac Allister, 2024-12-22

### *---- "Privacy invader"
Tries to read you clipboard when you open the app
-- Jimmythepenguin, 2024-12-21

### *---- "terrible app"
has anyone tested this app in the real world? it’s impossible to buy tickets logged in as a member
-- djangra, 2024-12-21

### *---- "Clunky"
The website is confusing , clunky and non user friendly - please improve!
-- flic m, 2024-11-22

### ***** "The best!"
Great cinema, great films and superb staff.
Thank you!
-- SusieR19, 2024-11-14

### *---- "Please redesign this app"
It is so hard to find anything on this app, so counter intuitive with an irritating log on process. Hard to browse and if you’re looking at one cinema you can’t see synopsis of films without trying to book a seat.

Makes having a subscription feel more frustrating than simply booking
-- Jamesyb2024, 2024-10-30

### ***-- "Not bad app - ticketing issues"
Not bad as apps go but actually selecting and buying tickets gets tricky. Its obsessed with a member card number even though I have logged into app, and then is picky on what tickets you can buy - it’s trying to tell me who my friends are - it won’t let me buy student or over 60’s tickets - why not as I’m bring my daughter and mother? Why does the app thinknit knows ages of guests?!
-- Zinfandel101, 2024-10-21

### *---- "Terrible app"
So clunky to navigate this app that tells you nothing of value about your membership
-- Nickname-5000, 2024-10-19

### *---- "Terrible Really Useless"
I honestly love Picturehouse and I have been a member for years. This app is so bad it’s hard to describe. I know a movie is showing and yet the app can not find it at my Cinema so I walk down there and Hello he is the showing!!!!!!!
The website is worse. No wonder they are going under.
