Приложение, в котором нельзя отказаться от платной подписки!!! Ребёнок скачал для учёбы и сразу удалил, а через 7 дней сняли деньги! Можно было бы поставить 0 звёзд- сделала бы!!!!!

Ужасный сервис
Добрый день. Мне не удалось отписаться от приложения после бесплатного периода, после чего была списана стоимость годовой подписки. В этот же день я отправил письмо в службу поддержки, но мне не дали ответа и не помогли решить вопрос со списанием. Если Ваша компания позиционирует себя как клиентоориентированность организация, то, мое мнение, вы должны быть более гибкими и лояльными к своим пользователям. Я сожалею о том, что выбрал Ваше приложение и скачал его для пользования.
То что я искала
Разработчики просто молодцы! Я так долго не могла узнать название дерева возле дома, но благодаря этому приложения я узнала, что это сумах оленерогий. Спасибо вам, вы молодцы!
Ошибка при идентификации. Изменение оценки
Ошибка при первой же идентификации. Хотела, чтобы определила вид мыльнянки. Дальше проверять неинтересно. Думаю, отличит тюльпан от ромашки, большего ждать не приходится. Не хочется быть необъективной. Была первая ошибка в идентификации. Стала проверять программу на других объектах - ни разу не было сбоя. Программа верно идентифицировала самые сложные и редкие ботанические объекты. Особо приятная неожиданность - идентификация астрагала. Так что на сегодняшний день моя оценка - очень достойная программа.
Навязчивая покупка приложения.
Скачиваете как бесплатное, в итоге можете оказаться с подпиской на год абсолютно бесполезного для вас приложения. Будьте внимательны
