Just updated to latest version available, yet I keep getting this message: “Your app is out of date. Please update your app in the App Store before continuing.” -- THE BIG PINK, 2024-01-14 ### ***-- "App broken" Hi guys. Love your service. Trying to book but the app opens, shows the booking details, then goes back to the loading screen with an error that insufficient information was provided. I can’t get back to the booking screen after cancelling the error -- krode69, 2022-11-18 ### *---- "No one came" Driver accepted pick up, wrong time slot, than didn’t text or when phone picked up hung up on. Called office was told driver coming, did not show up all day. Terrible service would not recommend at all -- JTC0000, 2022-09-30 ### *---- "Outrageous!" I would give zero stars of I can. Booked a job, send a message and called the driver without any response. Of course he hasn'show up. Contact/Chat feature in the app is so hard to find. I needed to go to the website. If you need job done don't work With Picup. The app could be so much more trustworthy if would have features like communication about where is the driver and what is the estimated time of arrival. Everything unpredictable can happen but I can’t understand the lack of communication. The worse experience ever! -- JeboVasNickName, 2022-09-15 ### *---- "Terrible service. Unreliable. Do not use" If we could give zero stars we would. We’ve booked the company, well in advance, to move properties (Airbnb). The driver never showed up. We called the company and they told us nothing the can do. We had to move the whole house, family, kids, all while having to vacate the premises in the rain. Absolutely shocking -- Lovelife82, 2021-12-01 ### *---- "iPhoneX and iPad" Can’t open the app on these devices. It says “the data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format” -- #mitch#, 2020-09-08 ### ***** "Best way to get junk removed" This app is so useful! We used PicUp to come and collect our old furniture and take it to the waste centre. We don’t have a Ute or trailer so it worked perfectly for us, we chose a date and time and they were there. Very professional and highly recommended 👍🏼 -- KimGrace20, 2020-08-11 ### ***** "Great service" Easy and great service! -- IngaMink, 2020-07-03 ### ***** "Efficient and affordable!" I’ve used PicUp for rubbish removal. The whole process was very easy and a was a cheaper alternative to other rubbish removal services. I was very impressed with the service and will be happy to use the app regularly in the future. -- Luke (Miami), 2020-06-28 ### ***** "Great service from the Picup team THANK YOU" We are so glad we chose Picup to help us with moving our stock. The guys were on time, very professional and helpful. Will be needing more help soon.
