## PicVideo Reviews in United States

### *---- "No sound"
There is no sound on videos and looks short
-- Cecil0420, 2026-05-13

### *---- "Errors cost tokens"
All of my tokens were used in errors and produced no videos
-- MessageMe4Help, 2026-05-01

### *---- "Scam"
I paid $5 and gave a prompt to create a video, it generated a video of 5 seconds long, video was not relevant to my prompt. And for 5 seconds video it have used all the tokens and now asking for more money.
-- sachng, 2026-05-01

### *---- "Horrible"
Genuinely one of the worst apps I’ve ever downloaded. Makes you pay before you can even try it out. I selected the weekly payment just to give it an initial shot (still $10) and when I uploaded my story, which was not very long at all, it just gave me an error message. I tried retyping it and attempted two more uploads, both still resulted in an error message. And after my third attempt, I tried one more, but the app said I was out of “tokens” and I would’ve had to pay, at minimum, another 10 dollars just to try again! I literally couldn’t do anything but laugh. Quite literally feels like I was robbed of $10. I canceled that subscription right away. Truly pathetic.
-- GoldenMeatloaf, 2026-05-01

### *---- "Scam"
This app is a complete scam. It lures users in with a paid subscription, then immediately pushes additional charges for “video creation” features that simply don’t work. After paying, all you get are low-quality, useless photos instead of actual AI-generated videos as promised. There is zero value delivered, no transparency, and no accountability. Avoid this app at all costs—it’s clearly designed to take your money without providing the service it advertises.
-- Amit@ror40, 2026-04-27

### *---- "Disappointment"
They took my money without giving me my credits and now I have to fight with Apple for a refund
-- Sam-35 said sparrow, 2026-04-25

### *---- "Scam likely"
I bought the subscriptions but still could t do anything without it tokens. I spent more money eg buying tokens. I added a prompt to create a video. My tokens vanished and I never got a video.
-- Joshcroho, 2026-04-24

### *---- "SCAM APP"
Pay for a subscription, then forced to pay more for tokens and the AI content doesn’t even work. Total scam.
-- NEVETS22, 2026-04-20

### *---- "DO NOT BUY! 😲"
I payed $50 for the app itself, then I bought tokens for $50 and tokens never loaded to my account, total of $100. I can’t use the app. I contact Apple to refund, but Apple denied twice. So scary. It’s a scam basically
-- ~Nikitis13, 2026-04-20

### *---- "Scam"
Paid to receive credits or tokens , once paid it 2,000 credits appeared and then disappeared.
