War in Norwegen - habe eine Kleinigkeit gekauft. An der Kasse wurde ich auf die mögliche Rückerstattung aufmerksam gemacht. Wieder Zuhause, die App geladen, alle Daten eingetragen und abgeschickt. 
Innerhalb von 24 Std. habe ich bereits eine Mail mit der Zusage einer Gutschrift erhalten.

Habe eine falsche Esim gekauft über die App. Laut AGB sollte ein Kontakt zum Support und der Stornierung kein Problem sein. Gesagt getan, leider keine Reaktion oder jegliche Hilfestellung. Daher kann ich diese App hier nicht weiter empfehlen.

Update: Nach mehreren Tagen hat der Support sich gemeldet. Hat noch etwas Diskussionsbedarf gebraucht damit alles funktioniert hat. Also lasst euch nicht von so einer 0815 Antwort abspeisen.
