雖然這個app 是便利了店員及商家，但是有以下缺點。

1. 不能在店舖內進行退稅，要特登由店舖行到指定位置退稅。 即是有機會由街頭行到街尾退稅。

2. 不能直接拿回稅款。 要再用app 過數比信用卡。雖然有銀行戶口選擇，但只有日本本地銀行選擇。

3. 要收15%手續費
