Makes things more complicated
Need to reinstall after a few months
I used the app in Osaka MITSUI OUTLET PARK in Feb 2025 for my first time. In May 2024, I used it again in MITSUI OUTLET PARK SAPPORO KITAHIROSHIMA but it couldn’t function at all. I needed to reintall the app and spent me almost half an hour to finish the whole tax refund process. The app is not user friendly. The IT support team of this app should examine and fix the bugs, if any.

Pet vat office should be in all major shopping mall or department stores for customers to refund instead of doing tax refund in airport which Japan will likely launch very soon because that will cause very much inconvenience for tourists
