Thankfully their website works as their app is terrible. I set a long-ish secure password when registering, because security is a good idea. The app wouldn’t let me paste my password in to the field, and autofill with apple password app doesn’t work.
Echoing the other reviews, what used to be a service provided via a functioning website where you could review outstanding balances and make payments is not a waste of time of an app which no longer lets you log in repeatedly crashes. Why even bother putting this out.

Genuinely one of the most poorly made apps I’ve ever used.
This is honestly one of the worst, if not THE worst apps I have ever used. It’s not user-friendly in any way, it’s slow, it crashes all the time and is overall extremely frustrating to have to interact with. If I could put zero stars I would.
Honestly this is the worst app ever! I have never seen anything this bad… it fails from the get go.. can’t login… finally manages to get in.. it crashes… login again… crash… login and go to pay crash… try my laptop… can’t even enter my postcode when paying… try another device… crashes. What a terrible experience. It worked fine before you introduced this ‘new’ experience…
Firstly you have to re-register but pier don’t tell you that and then the app crashes all the time trying to log in or make payments

Crashes when you try and pay, absolutely useless. Had to phone up to pay instead.
On the rare occasions users can actually manage to log into this app, they are presented with a buggy shell for a web browser which crashes unexpectedly near constantly. Heaven forbid you might actually want to access a document or pay an invoice - this app makes these tasks near impossible. Also, the developers need to learn what SSO actually is. They seem to think that creating a local username/password with a username which happens to be of the same value as the user’s e-mail address is SSO. It is not. Where’s the integratiom with MS Authenticator etc? There is no third party and you don’t get a token which allows you to log into other apps and services. Pier should ask the clowns who wrote this for their money back.
