## Pier Management Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Useless"
Can’t login, despite resetting password.
-- 1968Mandy, 2026-05-22

### *---- "Worst App and company in this space"
Terrible app and customer service to match
-- Ezz0001, 2026-04-02

### *---- "Can’t even log in"
Having no app would be better than having this. The most basic feature of an app, logging in, doesn’t even work. Then when you try to reset your password you get a 404. As a software developer myself I can confidently say 0 effort has gone into this app.
-- GeralltH27, 2026-01-09

### **--- "Needs a lot of work"
The app itself is a cheap out the box app with nothing set up correctly except how to pay (got that right shocker). Even the login the login screen can’t auto populate the password and the Face ID login set up for after you login with a password.

Forgotten password error 404 randomly and the pages freeze mid translation.
-- Boo 2002, 2025-09-16

### *---- "Awful"
Worst functioning app I have ever used. Literally dread opening it every time I need to use it. Nothing works properly.
-- ReRhod, 2025-07-01

### *---- "Unusable"
It’s frustrating you’ve closed the online payment option and forced people to try to pay this via the app. Given the app persistently says my details are wrong, I’m going to go back to the old fashioned BACs payment.
-- Jsiwhan, 2025-06-29

### *---- "Actually infuriating"
Feels as if this app has been written by a team who do not understand basic fundamentals of app design.

Password managers do not work with this app. It is slow. Hard to use. Unable to continue writing in a long complex password after moving apps.

Colour formatting is extremely poor in menus.
-- Thefb199, 2025-06-12

### *---- "Rubbish"
Totally useless. Clearly not tested on any iOS devices because it doesn’t work with keychain, you can’t even type in your password manually. Why bother creating an app when it’s this bad! Poor reflection on your most excellent company!!!
-- Great courses, great teachers, 2025-03-31

### *---- "Cannot even log in! Useless app!"
Genuinely the worse app I’ve ever used
-- amarxyz, 2025-02-26

### *---- "Awful"
Once logged in can never pay as says network error
-- farmboy36, 2025-02-07
