This app has been broken for months, it crashea as soon as I log in
Probably the worst app ever
The only thing this app helps is pier management as it doesn’t show balances , transactions or anything useful . It causes tenants to miss important notifications that were never received via post allowing pier to charge extortionate fees for missed payments . That’s how they make their money !
Terrible all round
Doesn’t accept use of password manager which is a core part of modern apps. Doesn’t allow copy pasting into password and username field. Deleted straight away before even being able to log in. Basically unusable, and the website is barely any better.

I was just wondering if you could make this app a bit more difficult to use and even less user friendly than it is now. Terrible user experience and clearly never been tested by anyone. Completely pointless, it’s almost as if they don’t want us to make a payment it’s made so difficult.
Useless app
I have already registered and I’ve been told I need to re-register. Been sent a link and it keeps pointing me towards the app instead of doing it on a website. The app is useless and doesn’t recognise any of the information I’ve entered in order for me to register again!
Doesn’t login
Doesn’t work sits for ages attempting to login only to provide the message “no response data” Also doesn’t allow for the use of stored passwords or to copy, paste and many other general information input controls.
App doesn’t work unfortunately
I don’t usually write app reviews but this one needs some serious attention and shouldn’t be used really until the ongoing glitches are resolved. I’ve tried using over the course of a couple of years and still more often than not when trying to login the login screen gets stuck and won’t let you in. Details are correct as work online. I wouldn’t usually mind I’d just use the browser login option instead but most annoying of all when you click “tenant portal” on the web browser on a phone it takes you to the app / App Store with no other option to continue to browser version - funnelling you straight to something that doesn’t work and is completely non effective. Looks like I’ll have to get the laptop out…
