I feel that you are not improving UI at all. This will not help attract new customers. Try adding mutual fund suggestions instead of just giving filters for search. Do you think EPF has something to do with your app? It has been broken for a long time for me. Show NFOs too. I feel something is missing in your app.

One place that offers many products, simple ui. Lot of features and slowly improving. The best part one can generate nice capital gains statement from this even though MFs are managed outside. Gives a consolidated view of many things. Lot features desired, I would love to see NPS and gold bonds and other details. This has potential to be a single place for all my finance related things.

I wanted a service where it doesn’t involve too many documentation for starting an account, especially paperless and start investing in Mutual funds. Piggy was a good find for that, which I came across few articles. Starting SIP was very simple. Customer service was more than my expectations, there were occasions service was overwhelming to be honest when compared to traditional investment brokers. Downloading investment report for filing tax is just a click away. Overall a very good app and service for investments in Mutual funds from my experience. Didn’t try other services though, may give a try in the future.

Piggy by far has the worst customer service! You just cannot get hold of someone who can help/guide you with your query! Even if you manage to get a hold of someone they throw random one liners without really answering your question and best part they disappear suddenly and no sign of them for ages. 

I had the worst experience and plan to stop using this for good!
